We had such a wonderful experience with this pediatric gastroenterologist. Dr. Sams took the time to thoroughly explain my child’s diagnosis in a way that was easy to understand and walked me through exactly how the prescribed medication would help. I never felt rushed — every question I had was answered with patience and care. Her knowledge, kindness, and attentiveness truly stood out. She is hands down the best pediatric specialist I’ve taken my children to, and I’m so grateful for the support and guidance she provided our family. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sams is truly one of the best GI specialists we have ever met. From the moment she walked into the room, she was patient, gentle, and incredibly thorough. She took her time listening to every concern we had and never rushed us, which meant so much because our son is autistic and needs a provider who understands him. I had a very positive experience at this pediatric digestive clinic. The doctor patiently listened to every single question I had and took the time to answer them thoroughly. I never felt rushed during the visit. She was extremely kind and gentle with my child, and her calm, positive vibe made both of us feel comfortable and reassured. The front office staff was also very warm and welcoming. It truly felt like the doctor and the front office worked together as a team to create a smooth and caring experience. Although the visit was a bit expensive with my insurance, the quality of care, kindness, and attention we received made it worthwhile. I left feeling heard, supported, and very happy with our visit.

Dr. Sams and her staff are incredible! From the first visit with my grandson we have had nothing less than the best care, information, and guidance. Their patience and kindness is felt as soon as you walk in and Dr. Sams TAKES HER TIME to explain everything during the visit to make sure you understand! My daughter and I sincerely appreciate them.
