At first they were great, but after a couple of months they started lacking a lot. At first they gave my appointment to someone else and then printed out her information and gave it to me. I didn’t realize it until a week later. Then, when I called to let them know of the mistake, they said that there were no available appointments for that week and that I had to reschedule for December 10th. I just received a call Today, December 9th saying that they had to reschedule my ultrasound and appointment that was already rescheduled for the 10th because the NP is going to be out and the ultrasound tech does not come in if she isn’t there. Dr. Christie and NP Kim Duffey are amazing. They are very attenuative to the needs of the patient and take their time in the exam room. Office staff is always friendly. I think if people show kindness they receive kindness.

Receptionist and doctor were all not respectful at me receptionist were laughing at me and doctor didn’t resolve all my concerns ( receptionists are a big problem in this institute ) they have a very bad attitude and laugh at patients also they never know basic questions always tell me to get an appointment to reach the nurse that way I get an question answered.. one of the girls was yelling at me once I step in from the distance and apparently is the leader of the other recepcionists because she tell the other girls the way they have to do everything and if is not in her way she get mad and she does all this in front of patients the girl have braids but can’t remember her name was difficult.
