I love this office and all of their staff. They're so welcoming and make us feel so loved and appreciated. Thanks to all the staff for always taking care of my girls.

I love this doctors office. The entire staff is always pleasant with positive attitudes and caring. When I need my children seen at the last minute they understand children get sick and figure out to get an appointment scheduled for them. Such an amazing doctors office. The nurses and doctors are knowledgeable and experienced!!!

I would recommend Covenant to any parent. Dr. McShane saw my son from his first day out of the NICU and we always felt so cared for by every single person in the office. We recently moved, and leaving Covenant was one of the biggest cons, they’re just the best.

There’s a reason why this place has 5 stars. Dr. McShane and his staff are both patient and genuine. He truly treats his patients as if they were his own, and that compassion is evident. They have been taking care of my son's health needs since he was a newborn. Becca knows all her patients by name and excels in her role. We appreciate everyone in this office, and are so grateful for everyone in this facility.

Great customer service! The lady that answered to help me schedule today was so sweet and caring. ❤️ The operator that answered the call today (September 6, 2025) at 5P.M. was not nice. She need to work on her tone or customer service skills.
