This place does not prioritize patient care. My employer’s FMLA department has been trying to contact them for over a month regarding required paperwork and has received no response. I personally brought the paperwork into the office and explained that I needed it completed the same day in order to receive pay during my maternity leave. I was told it would take 7–10 business days, despite explaining that without it, I would not get paid. There was no sense of urgency, compassion, or understanding of the situation. Because they have not responded or handled the paperwork in a timely manner, I am now going on maternity leave without pay. office staff, reception are very friendly. but my obgyn is very dismissive, and refuses to order testing needed for a diagnosis of endometriosis.
