Kroger Pharmacy

I love the Burlington Krogers Pharmacy . The people there are very nice and have always treated me very well either on the phone or in person.I like the fact that they link you with other Kroger Pharmacy’s . which keeps you getting meds mixed up. The people are very knowledgeable.

I have never dealt with so many rude people. You never know whats going on in someone's life. Theres no reason to speak to someone the way a pharmacy tech spoke to today. Shame on you guys. I pulled every script I have and will never be back.

Expect your prescriptions to not be ready days after they are called in. But don’t worry, they are working on it and it will be ready in 3 hours. Maybe.

We have been using Kroger Pharmacy for several years. Not once has any of our medication been wrong! The staff is always as friendly and helpful as they can be! They are all knowledgeable and quick to assist you whether you use the drive up or visit the counter inside.

Absolutely terrible customer service experience here today. I show up with no line and I'm told my prescription is not ready though it was sent in two days ago and that they would get it ready in 10 to 15 minutes. Go over to pick up my grocery pickup....which takes 30 minutes, go back over to the pharmacy, wait while four other cars are ahead of me, and the lady tells me bluntly that it's just not ready yet. I explained that I had been waiting for 40 minutes now, and there should not be an issue with it being ready. She disappears for a while and then comes back to tell me that basically my prescription is just "stuck in their computer that they can't move it to the next stage. They'll have to call somebody in their company." So if I just drove off and come back in another 20 minutes would
