The only reason why I went back was because of Claudia. Since my first pregnancy she was always saw me until the last few weeks which the doctor saw me. Claudia made me feel so comfortable and always answer any questions that I had. I loved that she wasn't in a rush just to see me and leave to the next patient. This time that I went the wait is too long, which i already knew but I didn't like how the doctor didn't make me feel comfortable, in any case I felt intimidated and to a point I couldn't ask questions and it was always a rush. From my experience I can only say I would give Claudia 5 stars, she really does go beyond and always makes you feel comfortable and is very respectful.

If I could rate this place negative stars I would. Where do I even start? Customer service is the absolute WORST. Their employees are rude and make you feel like you’re not even standing in front of them waiting to be attended. Dr. Veronica was okay but this last time that I saw her she made me feel so rushed and didn’t even let me speak during my appointment. I felt like she just rushed me out the door. Secondly be ready to be there for at least 2-3 hours after your appointment time because they take FOREVER to get you in even with your appointment scheduled already. The last thing that I had it with was today that I realized as I was walking in the front door that Dr. Veronica will not be working there anymore. Mind you I drive 50 minutes to this place and staff here didn’t even bother t

When I went to my appointment they made me wait 2 hours to check me, when I went in the made me change clothes and I waited 25+ minutes, I don't recommend visiting this clinic the attention is Horrible and the person who work there not educated... It's disrespectful to keep a patient waiting, who already has an appointment at a specific time and day. I would never return or recommend going to this clinic.! they play with the time of the people who are going to be treated in that place... Horrible!! I think giving them the value of a star would be too much for this clinic....

I’ve always disliked going to do my WWE because I get so nervous! Claudia was super sweet and very thorough. She took her time and made me feel very comfortable. I look forward to booking more appointments as needed in the future! Also was done with my visit in about an hour so that’s not bad at all in my opinion for a busy ob/gyn office.

Dr.Gita Meshri is Phenomenal! She is very attentive and listens to your concerns. When I found out I was pregnant with my 4th baby I was terrified because you hear so many horror stories about multiple c-sections but, on my first visit she said you’re going to be ok! Fast forward my due date was 9/11/19 and my surgery was challenging because I am a bleeder but her and the amazing team at Houston Methodist (Willowbrook) were amazing all the way down to the anesthesiologist he was very concerned and never left my side! Dr. Meshri has made this by far my best procedure and my recovery was way better than my previous from past doctors. You can tell she is a very loving and caring person as well as a mother because she made sure I was ok and checked on me each day I was in the hospital. She is
