Great experience! I’ve been coming here for all my pre-natal visits. The front desk staff is always very friendly and accommodating. As a first time mom, I was always put at ease with any questions I had. Since this is my first baby, I have nothing to compare to but I am so glad I had Dr. Al-Janabi in the delivery room. When she arrived at the hospital, she checked on me regularly. And during labor, she guided me on all the pushes and had conversations with me and my husband throughout which helped keep me calm haha. Her calm demeanor and genuine concern made a world of difference. She has always been incredibly responsive to all my questions no matter how small.

I loved it in here. Everyone was so polite and helpful, I felt welcomed and respected. And I didn't have to wait weeks to make an appointment. I definitely recommend it.

Horrible and judgmental experience here with NP Kate, she was very out of touch to say the least, and passive aggressive. Came here for years prior to seeing her. Every time i post my review about her it gets taken down :) as a doctoral student, I’d never treat a patient in the way she treated me and my sister who have went here. Moreover, every time I made an appointment with the MD here I was given an NP without prior notice. As someone who was Dx with PCOS, they refused to do further testing or really do anything helpful at all, finally seen a great OB who Dx me with endometriosis. If you want your symptoms to be brushed off, then sure come here. Reply : Thank you for your response, though I must say I find it deeply frustrating. I had a wonderful experience with Women Caring for Women. The name truly reflects their mission, though it’s not just the provider— everyone in the office genuinely cares for their patients. Scheduling appointments was easy, and they made sure I knew exactly what to expect and what I needed to bring. The front desk staff were always kind and patient, answering all my questions (even the silly ones) without hesitation. Dr. Eman Janabi was great, though I only saw her twice during my pregnancy. However, her midwife, Dr. Amal, was absolutely amazing. My labor and delivery went smoothly, thanks to Dr. Amal. She guided me with patience and clarity, explaining exactly how and when to push. From the minute I called for an emergency appointment, I was treated so kind. All staff including Dona, the medical assistant and especially midwife Amal. The midwife made me feel totally at ease and was extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to go there. 5 big 🌟 stars.
