Womack Pharmacy Annex at Fort Bragg

Great place for military, retired military and spouses to get prescriptions filled and other medical needs met. I drive here every 3 months to get scripts filled. Staff is very courteous and helpful at all times . I truly like coming here and don't mind the 2 hour drive.

The worst of the worst. After having my child at Womack and registering them in the system through the pad office, I was told that my baby wasn’t in the system despite having gotten meds for him there before. I called tricare who pointed me to express scripts only to be told that he was in the system and the prescription I was seeking was filled and ready for pickup. So I go to the pharmacy and am told once again that my baby isn’t in their system. The lady at the counter wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise to clarify his name and DOB before calling the PAD office and being told she was wrong and that he was in the system but she was entering the name incorrectly (had she let me clarify she would’ve known that but everyone is in such a rush). Maybe you guys should post your Hours of Operation, even for training, on the doors and windows outside instead of EVERYWHERE saying 8. Maybe you guys should also have more "customer service" on your faculty walking RIGHT passed us and explain what was going on instead of acting like no one is there. No wonder you guys are in scrutiny now with your Local Union with your temporary business hours. Sad.

I am sorry to see the poor reviews. In my humble opinion, the pharmacy service is the best I have experienced. The staff is amazing at answering questions and providing service. . Can’t imagine the stress they are under. I try to hit the pharmacy annex about 1 PM when the line is short

I have been waiting for like 2 hour here. I decided to stay in the car because I have a baby and I thought it was going to be faster, but no. Is always like this, I literally wait for and hour or more every time I come here. It is so frustrating, specially when you have a crying baby in the car. This line is made for refill’s only, why does it take so long? I wish they had a better and faster system. It is hard to believe that it actually takes that much time to assist people.
