The staff are so incredibly friendly… it’s amazing. Every single person I encountered was very helpful and pleasant. They went out of their way to assist me and address my needs. I highly recommend all of Baptist Health and my experience at the outpatient center was great.
Very welcoming and professional medical facility. Clean and staffed with polite and friendly people. Very at ease for my mammogram & ultrasound.
Here for a 3PM appointment. Been waiting almost an hour to be seen, I was right on time. . I should able to charge them for wasting my time. You (Baptist) should not make appointments then have people wait this long when we are paying so much for services. Stop wasting people's time.
Doctors and staff members are awesome. I have nothing but great results and I will continue visiting them if I’d have to. 😍
