My 2-year-old daughter had hernia surgery. Everything went well. The only downside was that we had to wait a bit too long before they actually took her to surgery—about 2 hours. They gave her a cold blanket, but I recommend bringing your own blanket and something for yourself as well. They provided coloring pages and crayons, but you can also bring something to keep your little one entertained while waiting. The worst part was the waiting. They told me it would be 15 to 30 minutes, but they didn’t call me until an hour later to talk to the surgeon.  I really wish someone had updated me on what was happening—I was incredibly worried. It turned out they had to switch her breathing machine while she was under anesthesia, and they also ended up repairing hernia on both sides. Then you wait aga

Took my meatball Ryder in for possible seizures.. from the front door to discharge every person we encountered was very professional and very educated and kind!! They absolutely were on their 💩!! Fantastic job to all the staff!! The fact they never tired to dismiss my concerns and took them seriously, and educated me (especially being a first time mom) BIG shoutout to Bryn down in the ER who swooped in and put my boys IV in like a rockstar!! My daughter and granddaughter received excellent care. My granddaughter underwent life saving surgery at just 48hrs old. Thank you to all the nurses and doctors that saved her life, cared for her and helped us to bring our little sweetheart home. It’s was 34 long days in the NICU and as an old school NICU mom that experienced no privacy in one gigantic sterile room full of other moms and baby’s in NICU separated only by a curtain- the upgrades at this NICU were amazing. The private and spacious rooms are more conducive to allowing my daughter to nurse and mother her baby and stay with her overnight. I’m grateful for that for my daughter. The staff was very nice. The nurses and aides were terrific! Exceptionally clean and lighting was just right. The children's rooms were just roomy enough and the TV had plenty of child friendly channels. Each room has a private bathroom. My grandson didn't mind being there for 10 days. He enjoyed the fact that at 13 he could get food any time he wanted it.

Absolutely amazing got transferred and the pediatrics staff in the er and pediatrics unit were awesome! Constantly kept us informed, very kind, and we're amazing with my 2 year old! They were very knowledgeable and helpful! Absolutely amazing job to the teams! And thank you so much for helping my babygirl 💗
