A warm, welcoming, and friendly staff. First thing in the morning, most of us don't want to think about a dental appointment. Dr. Pugh's crew are dedicated and informed professionals who make the typically "dreaded" dentist visit any time of day a comfortable and positive experience right from check-in to check out. The staff stays current on the most up-to-date methods of dental care and do a fantastic job taking the time to explain procedures and practices. I have been going to Bill Pugh for about 8 years. I switched to make it more convenient with my work schedule. Didn't like them at first more because of attitudes rather than care. That changed with time and some staffing changes. The staff and attitudes are very positive and professional. The office has had a face lift and is very nice and inviting. It is apparent that the staff are current with training and continuing education and the equipment is up to date. I am very pleased with the care I receive and would recommend Wolcott Dentistry to anyone.

Dr. Pugh and staff are always very friendly and completely competent in everything they do. They always take the time to explain exactly what is being done and perform all work in the most painless way I've ever experienced from a dentist. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Pugh and his staff are wonderful! They are always accommodating to your needs. Very gentle staff and always with a smile! They have the latest in technology also, including the new dentalvibe, which is a tool that makes getting the shot of novacaine painless! Imagine that! It's awesome! Dr. Pugh is a great dentist with a strong compassion for his patients, and that is hard to find these days. I can't imagine having to go anywhere else.

I have been "looking" for a dentist since we moved into the area 3 years ago. All I could fine were treat 'em and street 'em practices. On the recommendation of a neighbor, I called Dr Pugh for a problem. I had an appointment that day. The dr fixed the problem and I was on my way. EVERYONE was friendly, courteous, and professional. I have a routine cleaning scheduled next week. I think I have found the dental care I'm looking for. UPDATE: Returned for a follow up cleaning and exam. Same experience- EXCELLENT! I have no problem recommending this practice for anyone looking for solid dental care in a "non-factory" environment.
