I’ve always had a good experience here, so I don’t understand some of the negative reviews. When I’ve called for appointments, they’ve usually gotten me in to be seen relatively quickly. I haven’t had to wait long in the waiting area. The nurses I’ve had are professional and pleasant. And the NP Beverly Provost has the best bedside manner of most of the medical professionals with whom I’ve interacted in the past few years. I would recommend them.

This office used to be amazing. But I have had nothing but issues with my new doctor, Dr. Kolaj. She is awful and doesn't care about her patients at all. She was supposed to have sent out 4 different referrals for me since mid October. It's now after Christmas and I still don't have any appointments. I constantly have to follow up to make sure that the referrals are sent out and then call the office they referred me to to confirm, again almost 12 weeks and still no progress. If you come here, don't see Dr. Kolaj, shes horrible and ALWAYS running at least 30 minutes behind schedule.

This doctors office has been amazing since my life was turned upside-down in October 2022. I saw them on a whim as my current primary at the time was overbooked and couldn't see me. I have since switched to this practice as they listen to me and believe me, they are compassionate, understanding, and think outside the box to try and figure out my complex medical situation. Now I am a patient of theirs and see Dr. Kolaj who has been absolutely phenomenal. She takes the time to really listenand believes me. She goes above and beyond in thinking outside the box with these issues that i am having and I am extremely impressed. 10/10 would recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you all for all that you do to care for me and the patients you serve.

Called to get my inhaler prescription so I could you know breathe. They say they put in the request. The next day I call they never sent to the pharmacy and say I need an appointment to verify I have asthma a life long condition and have to wait a week to be able to get prescription til I can go to an appointment. For an oath of doing no harm they very much do. Unorganized unresponsive terrible office to go through...
