WK Extended Care/Progressive Care has the best rehabilitation therapists. I have a rare muscle disease where I lost my ability to walk and no arm strength. They gave me my life back. I left walking on walker at home and was trained on home abilities to make transition easier. I was on 1st floor at 2550 kings Highway for 2 months. Every PT, OT therapist were amazing . I cannot thank them enough

Some of the cnas are very unprofessional when speaking with family. Everytime I have spoken with them they had an attitude for no reason . The therapist and nurses that i came in contact with were very nice.

Where do I begin? With the best nurses ever? Or with the best therapists ever? The care I received while I was here was above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined. I had a goal to be out by a certain date because my son was getting married and these amazing people made sure that happened. AND I was able to dance with my son at his wedding. Cheryl, Stephanie, Kathaleen, Shawn, Rikki, Brandi, Mary, Hillary, Kathryn ... I owe you all my deepest appreciation! If I forgot anyone, it was not intentional. These people ROCK! I love you all!

I entered WKecc after heart surg CCU. Unable to move my leg due to blood clots. I was basically helpless. I will say the physical therapy dept is great. After 3 wks I could motivate with walker. The other part of my stay dealing with so many issues took its toll on me. You cannot get coffee, ice, water is out of the sink in your room. Difficulty getting my medication. One day I questioned why I had not received my meds an hour later I was told my medications were given to someone else. I’m 68. Meds given to older lady. She was observed for 24 hrs. I finally got my med later in afternoon. Medication was for pain, BP, depression, anxiety, heart, blood thinner. I was relieved to her the other Patient was ok. It’s been seven months and I’m still traumatized over my stay. I would not recomm

As this is part of Willis knighton intensive specialty hospital my mother died do to negligence on this hospitals part after the fourth antibiotic you people should have realized she wasn't getting better and sent her back to the hospital for better treatment
