Core Physical Therapy and Performance

Brennan Bernard and team are amazing. I went to see them for lower back pain and they have helped me tremendously. I totally recommend them if you are in need of physical therapy. Seriously, these guys and gals are the best!

I was referred to CORE with hip pain that I had been experiencing consistently for about 6 or 7 months. From day one the staff was welcoming and ready to do what was needed to assist me in getting better. Every session was different and a little bit more work than the last but I walked away a month later with no pain and the best experience.

I don't know anyone that WANTS to do physical therapy, but if it's recommended for you I highly recommend Core Physical Therapy and Performance. From the front desk to the fitness area all staff are courteous, friendly, and professional. Keep up the good work!

My own daughter, who is a home health PT, recommended Brennan Bernard at Core PT & Performance after I had a total knee replacement and I could not be more pleased with the results. I started sessions two weeks post-op with Brennan. He is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Right away I knew Core was a great choice. I liked the size--it's not a huge gym with multiple employees running around. The staff is so friendly and made PT as fun as possible. Brennan closely oversaw my treatment on every visit giving me more and more challenging exercises to do and was always very encouraging. I very highly recommend Core and if I am in need of PT again I'm sticking with them!
