Wise Dentistry for Kids

I have a level 3 autistic child. Today his grandmother and I took him to Wise Dentistry. He seen Heather. There was another nurse that saw him when we first went back. I didn’t catch her name. They done absolutely tremendous with my son! He had a couple of teeth that needed to be pulled. I was told in order for that to happen he need to be put to sleep. Heather told me she rather not put him to sleep and wanted to pull them while he was awake. They was so gentle and understanding with my son. They was calm and was able to remove both teeth! Today was a huge win all around. My son has never had a successful visit/good experience at a dentist office. I’ll never take my son any where else. Hands down the best pediatric dentistry in my opinion.

So I called to get appointment information because I received a message saying my child's surgery appointment was cancelled. When the lady answered the phone she was very rude and almost immediately transferred me to someone els. Honestly if this place wasn't almost my only option for Medicaid I would go elsewhere! I don't know the staff well but the scheduling receptionist needs a lesson on communication and how she addresses people! It's the people like her who obviously dislike their jobs and treat others poorly! I would report this lady but unfortunately she didn't even state who I was talking to when answering the phone! That being said I left a review hoping the office manager or even the owner could see this and hopefully address everyone of the receptionist regarding (respectful Co

Every single time my kids gets caps placed they get infected?!? Every time and then when you call for them to correct it they act like it’s a issue.. I had heard terrible things about this place but continued to try to find reasons to like it because it’s very kid friendly looking inside but every time you call for a emergency they caused it’s a issue..

I had called every dentist within like a 50 mile radius from me and nobody else would accept my son because I requested to get in him before his first birthday but Dr Wise and her team welcomed us with open arms. Fast forward my son is now 2 and a half and he had to have some dental work done I was given the choice to have him put to sleep which is what we did. Dr Wise and her team were so amazing and treated my son like their own I couldn't ask for a better dentist for him thank you all

I’ve debated on sharing this for a while not sharing my personal info because I don’t want my child treated any worse by Sam, (only know her name because I heard the dentist say her name multiple times) she’s awful to the kids she obviously doesn’t need to work with young children everything they do seems to annoy her I thought maybe it was just mine but I looked at the other reviews and it’s not just my child she’s treated awful. Once the actual dentist comes in she starts calling the kids baby & sweetie and treating them like kids but once she’s not around she’s hateful as can be and acts like they are so annoying I just can’t stand her and she needs to find something else to do not around children. I know this probably won’t get anything done but at least you can request to not have her
