Very considerate and kind. Explained in full and asked if needed anything or any questions that I might have. Prompt with service and very thorough from all who checked me in and took care of me. Very nice, very clean, hustled to take care of me in a timely fashion and was in and out in good timing. Very pleased. All employees were fantastic. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Will define refer them to anyone and definitely would come back.

I was able to schedule on the fast pace website and reserve my spot in line. I like being able to see where I am in line, the tablet self check in and text updates. I was seen for an illness and was treated very nicely by all staff. The nurse/ doctor was very knowledgeable of my situation.

Do NOT trust what you’re told about pricing here. I was a self-pay patient and specifically asked about costs. I was told I wouldn’t owe anything after paying my bill in full that day. Fast forward and now I’m getting hit with surprise bills from third-party companies. No one warned me about these extra charges. No explanation. Just bills showing up out of nowhere. This is unacceptable and feels dishonest. I’ve never had a problem as a self pay patient anywhere else so, this experience definitely left a very bad taste in my mouth.

I've heard good things, but haven't experienced them yet. I've been at least 5 times to the campbellsville location, waited 30 min-1 hour before I even left the waiting room(even with an appt). The last visit everyone I talked to had a very poor attitude, one lady didn't swab properly, left saying I had a sinus infection. ( my symptoms were nausea, diarrhea, My chest felt like I've been backpacking the himalayans, low grade fever, chills, and horrible wet cough. Put in a prescription for a nasal rinse, sinex ,and ibruprofen. I went to my actual doctor the next day cause it got worse...I have bronchitis...and a pretty decent case too. I do not trust these people to find out what's actually wrong with you. It feels like they just want to get you in and out.

I made my appointment online. The process was very easy. The receptionist was very friendly and the nurse practitioner and nurse were also just as friendly and helpful. I did not have a long wait. I got the medicine I needed. I'm very pleased
