Sydney and Rick are 2 of the people since my mom, the late Elizabeth Borrelli was a permanent resident along with saying the right words to me when mom was in her last few hours 1 year has passed and I still think of it as the past weekend. She passed Nov. 3, 2024and I just want to say thank you for caring so much about the family's of each resident. God Bless you all. She is missed greatly. Kathryn Davidson, Elizabeth s daughter

Excellent care, by the nursing staff, cnas, PT, housekeeping and everyone! Facility could use some sprucing up, but I can't say enough about how well I was cared for! Thanks for making my stay a great one.

This place was so awesome to my dad! You can trust them to give the residents the care and attention that they need. Jolene and Caitlin were so helpful in managing my dad's case. They answered all of my questions and were very patient when I would reach out to them. There are so many staff on duty in the halls and at the front desk all the time and they are all so friendly and helpful. This was a really hard time for our family, but i can't say enough good things about Wisconsin Dells Health Services. Thank you!

People and care were friendly and great. Food however, awful. Started ok. Was nice if you didn't want what they had for a meal you had a very limited alternative menu to choose from. But half the time you didn't get what you asked for OR what they had for their meal. Mostly cold. I've been in the restaurant business all my life. There is just no reason that vegetables have to be cooked beyond recognition. Caitlyn, Jesse, Jolene and all the CNAs, nurses and even the cleaning lady were awesome.

My mother was admitted here for a short term therapy stay after being in the hospital for a few weeks. She needed extensive nursing and therapy for her to be able to go home. I was very impressed with the care she received both nursing and therapy. All of the floor staff were very friendly and answered my questions promptly. Even in the middle of the night, mom said they were great getting her what she needed if she couldn't sleep. I am extremely happy with her stay and so was she. Thank you to everyone there!! Awesome job!!
