unfortunately i had to switch dentists do to moving but i had such a great experience here at dells dental! They were so friendly and DR. Nikki is great! front desk is AMAZING and so kind. they answer all your questions even if you feel like the questions you are asking are annoying! haha

Amazing Experience and very professional and outstanding staff! Called Dells Dental after the previous Dental office I was scheduled for several months and switched as the time frame to get in with Dells Dental was easier and faster. Hygienist Chelsey is amazing and explained the whole cleaning process and made sure I knew her cleaning process. Great Cleaning and checkup and I have found my new Dental Office for all cleanings and dental work! Keep up the great work Dells Dental!

I called earlier to schedule an appointment for my daughter, husband and I. Just a routine cleaning. I’ve been going here for over 10 years. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and degrading. I had a past bill go to collections in 2018 from a cleaning (I had moved so I didn’t get the bill and I felt awful when I found out) which was paid in 2019. She told me I was no longer allowed to come to their office because of that. Even though I was there in 2020. I’m very confused and honestly embarrassed and hurt. I’m a local business owner and I would never NOT pay (on purpose). I have insurance, too. She talked down to me like I was a peasant. I would never speak to my customers the way she spoke to me. I am more than happy to take my business elsewhere.

Our daughter, Delaney had to make a quick visit to the dentist today. So thankful for Dr. Nicki Clemens and her Assistant, Jamie. The ease I feel when myself or my family has to see you is quite powerful. I will never go to another dental office, as long as you are still practicing and I drive an hour and ten minutes. That's how special you are to me. I'm so protective of my sweet Delaney, and the way you both helped her, talked to her, and eased her mind is priceless. She is so darn cute in these pictures.
