Winter Park Discount Drugs

I had a very frustrating experience with Jessica at Winter Park Discount Pharmacy. During our interaction, she repeatedly interrupted me and would not let me finish explaining my request. I was simply asking to have my prescription transferred to Harris Teeter, and she asked me three separate times why I wanted it transferred, even after I had already answered, I told her it was my choice and to be quiet honest, none of her business. I understand that policies and procedures must be followed, but the tone and communication felt dismissive and unprofessional. Patients deserve to be heard and treated with respect. Unfortunately, this interaction did not reflect that.

I have always loved winter park pharmacy. Sadly I had an unfortunate experience with Katie. Shes very rude, acts as though I’m bothering her with questions about my medications. Overall not a friendly person. I left cvs in hopes that I would get treated like I mattered but after this horrible experience I will be finding elsewhere to fill my prescriptions.

This used to be the best place in town. My prescriptions were filled all at the same time every month. Now I have to call and ask about it almost every month. When I go into the store nobody even will acknowledge that I am there. This is a shame that it has gone downhill so badly. All of the people who used to work here got fed up with the new nonsense and left. I know this because I know some of them.

I've been a customer here for over 40yrs and wouldn't want to have to go anywhere else. Extremely caring, friendly, and helpful staff.

Went to pick up my blood pressure prescription and there were 4 people behind the counter and no one acknowledged that I was there. I stood there for 5 minutes and one girl looked over and smiled but no one spoke to me or was willing to ring me up. I was the only customer in the store. Called to see if they would send my prescription to another pharmacy and said no problem and took down my information. They called me back and said they weren't going to do that and if I wanted it transferred then I could have the other pharmacy contact them. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I had been going to them for years to support local businesses, but have had to slowly move my prescriptions elsewhere. This was the last prescription I had with them and now I am moving it too.
