The name on the email is my grandsons. My name is Theresa. I got my braces in my late 40s, years ago. Of course, so much more personal than. Recently my retainer broke. I went back. Not the same atmosphere. More about in and out. I waited four weeks for my retainer. My daughter passed away and I missed a half hour appointment. I have to wait another four weeks. Crazy! All that money I’ve spent and time to keep my teeth from moving. The young women who answered the phone barely acknowledged my grief. I’m 66. Give me a break! It’s not about the people anymore. Just the money. If you have that many patients than maybe you need to dial back for that personal touch like in the beginning. 😔. We have been very satisfied with Dr Phillips and his office staff. My biggest issue with doctor appointments is the wait time. Not in this office. My kids’s name always called in 5 min after check in. They value our time! Besides this, Dr Phillips is very kind and explains everything. Love his assistants! They make the appointments fun!
