Wingate's Pharmacy

I had a great experience with Wingate’s pharmacy and would recommend them. Everything was always promptly filled and ready, and they communicated seamlessly with our vet and me. When our pet passed away, they sent a personalized note. I was so touched by their thoughtfulness and care.

Warning! Do not sign up for auto refill on prescriptions! That is unless you want to be charged early, receive shipments on sporadic dates, most importantly they sent a shipment early on the exact day my dog was taking his final steps. I informed them of this, on this day because that was the only notice i had for my dog. Despite the fact, that the charge and shipment was a different date the previous month i was told there was nothing they could do and I would still be charged, " I could donate the medicine in his name" . Super heartfelt gesture during this tragic and critical time. I would highly recommend not completing the auto refill at this company unless you want to experience this stress in the midst of loss.

I've been purchasing my pets prescription thru this company. They will call if its time for me to refill and have held a refill for me when I was unable to pick it up for a week. I appreciate they make a soft chewable for my very picky and difficult to feed pills cat.

Service has gone down & if you want friendly customer service don't look for it from Wingate. Our family used Wingate going back to it's old location across from the hospital. Now, you feel unwelcome & not valued as a customer! It's to bad and next time, we'll drive to find a pharmacy that cares about customers.

Used for 2 years now, exclusively by mail order. Very responsive to all phone calls, orders filled promptly and correctly. Don't spam me with texts but does send a reminder when I need a refill. Very happy with them.
