I was training for the Boston Marathon and after one of my long runs in March, I started getting a terrible pain in my foot. I was diagnosed with tendonitis and my training came to a halt. Stephanie was booked out for two weeks but when a cancellation became available she reached out and I saw her within a week of contacting her. During my evaluation, I was so impressed and also fascinated with her attention to detail and ability to piece together the “puzzle” of my injury by watching my biomechanics, testing my mobility and strength metrics in my ankle movements. Most of my experience with Sean has been recovering from a broken ankle and the resulting surgery. He created a clear plan for healing, range of motion, and strength building. I was able to quickly start doing any activity I wished with no problems at all. We have stayed in touch in the long term, during which he's worked with me on a limp from the surgery. He also built a great strength plan for me to train for a hunt and my legs currently feel stronger than ever.

I have been seeing Sean at TPPT for quite a while. I first saw him for some hip/back pain, and he was very helpful in building a useful program prior to my powerlifting training for the day. Sean does a great job explaining things as he evaluates you and builds your plan, and he answered all my follow up questions with enthusiasm.
