The staff is so gracious and warm to both patients and family! The activites director Iris is so welcoming to all who reside at the facility and the family members who visit them.. She has been serving the same location for more than 20 years…!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of McAllen. The staff is warm, professional, and truly caring. They treat residents with dignity and compassion, and the facility is always clean and welcoming. The nurses and staff go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. It really gives me peace of mind knowing my loved one is in such good hands. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent care!

It's a very nice place. We go and pray the rosary with the patients and sing praises to God and they love it.

I come and help my grandpa play bingo. The facility is always clean and staff are super friendly!

The care in this facility is unacceptable, My Dad only stayed here temporarily and it was the worst experience, I have ever had , most of the nurses are rude , along with over worked by being understaffed , I am glad I got my Dad moved out of here ! I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone seeking care for their loved one ! Bussiness office staff are horrible to work with very rude ! 😒
