I can’t say enough great things about South Texas Health System McAllen Outpatient Rehabilitation Center. From day one, the front office staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming—you immediately feel at ease the moment you walk in. A huge thank you to the best physical therapists: Jerry, Dessi, Lalo, and Ridge for helping my daughter Audrina get back to walking. Their dedication, patience, and encouragement meant everything to our family. They’re not just amazing therapists—they truly become family. I highly recommend this facility to anyone with orthopedic injuries, including knee problems, shoulder pain, or ACL surgery. We are forever grateful!

I can only say GREAT things about this place. My grandmother's PT, Jenny Cardenas is beyond amazing. Her knowledge and professionalism is evident. But most importantly, her compassion and the care she gives my grandma is a blessing. Jenny has been treating my 94 year old grandma since September 2024. My granny absolutely loves her!!! Therapy is what keeps her going. The whole staff is amazing: Darcy, Lalo, Jerry, Xavier, everyone!!! Every time I take grandma to PT it's like therapy for me as well. Everyone is always happy and smiling. They make you feel welcome. This is by far the best therapy center in the RGV, one where you truly feel appreciated and cared for. My grandma loves it!!!! ❤️

Jerry Salinas is the best! He took the time to thoroughly explain the plan for my Nathen-Dean’s physical therapy. He was motivating and very specific every step of the way! Thank you again for being professional, kind, and truly skilled! You are the reason my son is back on the baseball field!!!!

I can't express how incredibly grateful I am for Andrea, Brandie, & Eric for Occupational Therapy and Abby & Desi for Physical Therapy. The OT team has helped me with numbness / tingling in my arm from desk work at my job and have taught me how to make changes in my daily work life to manage pain. The PT team has helped me manage my sciatic-like symptoms and have helped me strengthen my core for stability. The amount of time and dedication both teams provide for their patients is unmatched. I have never felt as heard and seen by doctors as I have by the therapists here. I come twice every week for OT / PT and always feel like the team here puts every effort they can. Andrea, Brandie, Eric, Abby, & Desi - thank you all so much for your help!

I have been to 4 other locations for physical therapy and they don’t even hold a candle to STHS Outpatient in south McAllen. I was amazed when I came to check out this facility to see that every patient had a therapist for the whole hour. I came in with a very difficult case and God blessed me with an amazing therapist Sarahi Garcia. She genuinely cares to help me get better. The professionalism to her craft is the motivation that makes me want to get better. I know I have much work in front of me but with Sarahi leading the way, I know I will get better each time I come in. Thank you Sarahi💕
