Excellent customer service, very kind and nice staff, everyone from start to finish making my appointment, to front desk to Grace doing my test. Definitely recommend Windsong. Kind and courteous, friendly staff. They also saw me earlier than I was scheduled as I got there way early because of my drive time and the snow storm coming so glad very helpful and professional staff. Great facility! Easy checkin online. Very clean. Staff was very accommodating! Had an MRI and never had one before, the technician made me feel so at ease!

This was the first place where the front desk made sure we would be seen on time. Their behavior was very professional. The ultrasound was truly precise, and the person who performed it was extremely careful, listened to me attentively, and made sure to take images of the areas where I felt discomfort. I genuinely recommend this place to anyone who needs such services.

I have been going to Windsong for years for mammograms and even needle biopsies. I now go for bone density scans and would recommend both facilities I have been to my family or friends. I prefer Hamburg because it's closer to home. I used to go to the spindrift location. Both are excellent! The whole system is helpful and caring as well as professional and helpful. They have hours on Saturday and later on weekdays for those who need them!
