WindSong at Southridge

Windsong has been a great facility for Mom’s declining memory care. They have also been patient with Dad as he navigates this road. The staff are caring and responsive. Our kids did Montessori school and we had no idea there was that concept for memory care as well. We would highly recommend Windsong to care for your family members well.

The time my dad was at WindSong was very special. The staff were so kind and loving, even when things were hard with his dementia. I just want to say thank you to all of them for the care they gave him.

If your loved one is cooperative, able to follow directions, continent, and generally good natured, Windsong will meet their needs. However, Windsong is not prepared to deal with a typical Alzheimer's patient.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Worst experience ever, avoid this place. They caused my mother to fall and break her hip, then threatened to charge her without being able to help her during recovery. There are many better options out there.

She also creates a warm, supportive environment that truly understands the unique needs of each resident. Her patience, empathy, and ability to connect with residents on their level is unparalleled, bringing a sense of peace and comfort to both residents and families. Your love for the residents doesn’t go unnoticed.
