Dr.Siddiqui and her medical assistant are always very thorough and have excellent bed side manner. When I got my first well woman exam they made sure to explain every step and overall made it as comfortable as they possibly could. I am very appreciative of the care I receive here as a patient.

I love the staff at Windrose family medicine. They are all so helpful and courteous. Dr. Siddiqui is an amazing doctor she takes the extra moments to communicate her suggestions and truly listens to all your concerns. I never leave feeling rushed or "unheard" She is what I have been looking for in a primary care physician.

Unfortunately I have had to change primary care doctors 3 times in 2 years because both of my prior providers, whom I loved (Drs. Mazzei and Vera) have left their practice for another hospital system. Fast forward...I received a message Dec 22nd that my upcoming appt. with Dr. Nevle was changed to Dr. Philkana on Dec 29th. Reason given. Dr. Nevle will be out of town. Today, Dec 26th at 430pm I received a message that my appointment with Dr. Philkana will be canceled, reason given she will not be returning to their office. I returned call immediately and was forwarded to their answering service then told the office was closed and to call back on Dec 29th, the day of my original appointment. I have never seen so much disorganization and obviously discontent of their providers. Answering serv

this would’ve been a 5 star review because i genuinely do love my doctor, Dr. Siddiqui, but the front office staff is SO rude. i always come in and ask how they’re doing, only to be met with side eyeing and standoffish attitudes. it’s so disheartening because i’ve NEVER EVER shown any signs of disrespect or hostility for them to act this way towards me. please do better.

I seen Dr. Francisco Adames once. By the time I was to go for a fallow up he was gone and they set me up with Dr. Philkanah. Seen her once was to get bloodwork and fallow up as well. But the day before my appointment I get a phone call at 4 in the afternoon telling me I needed to contact my insurance and swith it to a Dr. Siddiqui. The reason was Dr Phikanah was only the temporary. I should have been told sooner, there was a 2 month gap between appointments. Not only that....when Dr.Adames left they didn't transfer my information. So when I get there the front staff lies to me saying they need me to update my information. I said I've been here once I already gave you that information from the first appointment. They continued the lie saying its the yearly update. I said I've not bee
