I had a ucl sprain when i came to get worked on, my pain levels were 7-8/10 when i had my first appointment. I also had a sharp pain every time I would throw, now that we are wrapping up with all of the sessions my pain level is at a 1-2/10, great care and progress.

My injury was a rotator cuff tear that needed surgery. With the therapy and exercise plan that I did with JaMire I was able to get back to playing tennis.

I received consultation from MMM on what to do to fix a pulled muscle in my upper back. They told me what exercises, stretches and how much rest to get. Within a few weeks the pain was gone!! Thank God 🙏🏾
