I just finished a 1.5 year Invisalign treatment as an older adult. It was much easier than I anticipated. Loved everyone here from the front desk, clinical staff and of course Dr. Ross. They proved themselves to be flexible and professional. Never waited more than 5 minutes, always felt informed and well cared for. So happy I did this and loved my results!

Wife was denied service after scheduling an appointment. We moved from the Midwest and she needed a permanent retainer fixed. They told my wife they can’t fix her retainer since “she’s not an original patient”. She’d have to get on a plane to just fix this! Ridiculous! We had money ready to pay, too!

Dr. Ross and Staff are great! They always answer my questions full and explain the treatment procedures. As a dental professional in the Southern NH community I have the pleasure of seeing lots of children in braces from orthodontists In the area. I could not bring my child to an office that I was not completely satisfied with or Did not like the results of the treatment. I have seen many smiles that Dr. Ross has perfected and I could not imagine bringing my daughter any where else. Her staff is welcoming and professional. Dr Ross and her crew have been amazing throughout our experience so far. My son is a pretty sensitve case when it comes to dentistry of any kind but everyone there is calm, friendly and they explain things so well. We didn’t have any issues getting his braces on and even he was impressed with the “hurtless” techniques they used. My praise though is saved for Dr Ross’s straight forward business approach and administrative process. These people are as genuine and friendly as it gets and I always feel like they are doing their best to know us and our side of things so they can give us the best experience they have.
