I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Collins at New England Dental Group and, I truly can’t say enough great things about our experience. I came in with a complicated situation, and Dr. Collins was able to accommodate a very large procedure during the same visit. He is incredibly smart and clearly a perfectionist. He works efficiently, yet his attention to detail is outstanding. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing everything exactly right. My husband had new crown done the day before, and it was the most comfortable crown he has ever had — much better than any we’ve experienced in the past. Really relieving experience. I have had a huge fear of going to the dentist my entire life, but I truly had the best experience here. I went for some fillings and normally feel a lot of pain from the novocaine needle, but I almost didn’t even notice it here. Dr Collins was truly so great and gentle. Stephanie, his dental assistant, was amazing too and so comforting and reassuring. They both made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, I actually almost fell asleep a few times. The two front desk girls are lovely as well and always a pleasure to speak to. Very happy with the way my teeth turned out. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

I purposely waited until multiple visits before leaving a review. I wanted it to be fair accurate. Ive had problems with my front teeth since childhood. I had a broken bridge so I booked and appointment with New England Dental Group - Windham. During my 1st visit with Dr. Collins. He gave me a complete oral exam. He gave me multiple options that worked within the constraints from my insurance company and my own personal budget. I have never had a dentist so kind. He listened to how I feel and what my needs were. Dr. Collins gave me a "state of the art" completely beautiful brand new smile. The time and effort that he puts in for perfection is masterful. Excellent experience. From the first phone call. They were able to squeeze me in as I had an urgent matter. Everyone was professional while also keeping the mood lite. They asked how I was doing all throughout the process. This is a great place to go if you need dental assistance based on this 1 experience. Thank you all for your help.

I took my four-year-old son to New England Dental Group yesterday, and even though it wasn’t his first visit, I’m always so impressed with the experience. He saw Elainy, who was absolutely fantastic with him — patient, gentle, and amazing at making him feel comfortable. The front desk lady (I didn’t catch her name) was also incredibly kind and welcoming. She made the check-in process easy and created such a friendly, comforting environment for my son. My husband and I are patients here as well, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The staff is professional, warm, and truly goes above and beyond. We’re always pleased with the care we receive. I highly recommend New England Dental Group!
