Village Green Family Dentistry

I love the staff. I was not yet a patient when I contacted them about a broken tooth. I was very upset and panicking. They instantly put me at ease and reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. Everyone from the office staff, office manager, hygienist and dentist were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. They walked me through my treatment plan and again reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. I can't say enough about this practice. Myself and my family highly recommend them.

It started with a cracked tooth a week before my vacation and having to find an office to take me asap..which is scary in itself! They made a plan was able to get me in with ease. I started as a new client for them and in 9 months I have gained a trustworthy dental office that I’ll keep coming back to and my teeth looking and feeling like they did before my hospitalization. Everyone is always up beat, personable and easy to get along with. That’s a dentistry I’m not afraid to set appts with.

I rarely leave reviews unless I have some super strong feelings and I just have to leave one for this place. Dr. Hoerz is the best! My 3 year old absolutely loves seeing her, even though she has a few cavities upon her first ever dental appt and has had to have follow-ups. I scheduled my own appt with Dr. Hoerz, who found cavities my last dentist clearly missed (especially one that’s been bugging me for a while, hidden behind a very old filling). She and her assistant Maggie are just a phenomenal combo, professional and knowledgeable but also so funny and entertaining. But honestly, most of the people I’ve interacted with there have been great and the receptionists are so sweet. I’ve had to attach a couple pics of my cutie just enjoying and kicking back today on her second visit 😆

Everyone in this office is so friendly and cheerful. For once, it’s not dreadful visiting the dentist. Thank you!!

I have taken my son to Village Green for many years and have not had an issue until recently. My son had 2 new fillings fall out recently. At his last cleaning with Village Green, I was told he had 6 cavities. I decided to get a second opinion about the 6 cavities and to have the 2 missing fillings fixed. I was told by a new dentist that he has 1 spot they want to monitor, nothing new needs to be filled at this time. I called to request his records be sent to his new dentist and was told I had a $50 balance from a missed appointment. That appointment was to fill "cavities" that were non-existent. I will gladly pay to get away from this practice so my son isn't put through any frivolous dental work. I am horrified that my son was put through pain for no reason. I am now left questioning a
