Do not go here for your flight medical. The doctor will jeopardize your career with his ignorance. If he runs into anything hes unfamiliar with (which seems like a lot), dont expect him to do any sort of research or try and help. He will just deny or defer your medical with no explanation on what you need because he has no idea. And don't expect to be able to get in touch with him after the fact, his receptionists will just give you the run around for weeks saying he will call you back the next day or if you go in person he's suddenly out of town. I had to hire an aviation attorney to fix his mistakes because he just doesn't care about his patients, he just wants to make easy money. For reference, it took him 2 weeks to figure out how to sign into the AME system and he doesn't know how to

Lousy customer service. The practice is mostly walk in service and they do not follow an order of arrival. I was terribly offended by their servicing someone else who came in after me. I left and went elsewhere. You would think that they would understand how important customer service is here in this country. They evidently felt it was okay to treat certain people differently as if we live under a caste system here. Thumbs down on this one!

Walk in’s ! Some of the hardest working people I’ve ever dealt with.. Very nice family. They are very informative, knowledgeable and very kind.. Would give you 10 stars if I could…

the staff was quite nasty with patients during reception as they LOUDLY discussed a patients personal information in quite a raised voice. I understand rough days but HIPPA exists on ALL days. Then for myself I went to leave due to a time constraint, figured I’d return at a later time.. it seemed to be a huge annoyance for them. I was respectful and polite, didn’t complain as I understood they were busy.I wouldn’t return because of how the experience went but I tried taking my documentation back and they said it was useless to me that they would keep it even after multiple times that I would take it…Now I have to experience this miserable place twice because they kept my paperwork. I’d give a negative rating if possible. Place actually was a joke. 👎 I’ll be back… unfortunately.
