I have had the worst experience at this dentist office with Dr Jasmine Elmore (the owner) it was not the staff it was not the manager it was the owner of this dentist practice that I had a very bad experience she has no professionalism she has no empathy or sympathy towards anyone's circumstances she doesn't even care ,she said it out of her mouth "I do not care about your past" she said it to me in my face in front of my children who are still grieving the loss of my mother which who is I was referencing in regard to why we missed appointments she did not acknowledge the fact that her staff did not return my phone calls when trying to reschedule appointments ,she did not acknowledge the fact that ,I called trying to reschedule appointment she did not acknowledge the fact that I was calle

Let me first start by saying, the leadership of this practice is incredible. Dr. Elmore is a wealth of helpful information on her own and has a team that is dedicated to ensuring that we know exactly what's going on as well as preventive and follow-up measures. It is an easy choice to come back over and over again for my babies' dental health. My son has needed a lot of work done and he looks forward to coming because of how comfortable the staff makes him feel which is a major relief for me. As a single mom, it's important to me to have a village I can count on and I am so grateful that Wilson Pediatric Dentistry is a part of my village. I highly recommend them for your lo dental needs:)

If you call as soon as they open to reschedule your kid's new patient appointment, due to them waking up with a 102° fever, they'll just ban you from ever attending their office again.

My daughter had a incident over the weekend, where her cap came off and she was hurting, I call to see if they can see her and they did I waited about an hour or two and they started cleaning her teeth so I told the staff that, that wasn’t the reason I came for, they started to get an attitude with me and was rude to me. Now my daughter has to wait a whole week to get her tooth fixed. They didn’t gave me enough options and didn’t gave me advice as a mother what to do until they see her again.

Absolutely horrible. If you call when they are open, they won’t answer their phone or call you back. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. Do better honestly.
