Mrs. Claire is very compassionate and does the most extensive exam on her patients. Dr. M is compassionate and caring as well. It is amazing to be able to have such high quality care without having to go to Raleigh for advanced endoscopic procedures. Mrs. Claire makes sure her patients are in and booked for procedures if urgent the next day.

She saw me within 5 business days of getting an ultrasound and her and her staff put you immediately at ease that they have your best interest at heart. She answers question thoroughly and in terms anyone can understand! It was a GREAT experience after my doctor had scared me completely. I actually slept last night, first time in 2 weeks!!

I was very satisfied with the help I received..One thing is for sure you should never judge the outside of anything for its what's the inside that made my appointment good. That is for the structure of the building. The staff very kind, and professional. Claire Owens is kind, very informative and addressed my problem and has filled me in all information on testing that I may need. She made me feel comfortable with everything, she listened to me.
