Dr. Gal has the absolute worst bedside manner of any physician I have ever had in 65 years of living. His staff gets upset if you ask them to address you as Mr or Ms instead of hun, sugar, or Miss Cynthia. I guess the office staff's skin is too thin to comply with such a simple request

I was supposed to get a CT scan, they supposedly contacted me LAST month and my appointment was yesterday. I did not receive any text or call as a reminder and now these people want me to call the CT scan clinic to reschedule????? I pay a lot of money to get treatment. I’m very sick and feeling really badly. I’m never using this “specialists” again. Also, I find it so shady that they only acknowledge “good” reviews and ignore the bad ones, what a joke!!!

Receptionists should not have attitude problems with people whom they have never met and never seen. If a person is letting you know they are going to be late, it is totally understandable to let them know that they must reschedule. However, to act as if they have committed a crime is unacceptable. I referred this office to someone and now they don’t want to return and they haven’t even met the Provider who actually provides the medical knowledge. Be kind.. it costs nothing.

They need to replace one particular office person immediately!! RUDE is not the word for it !! Asking a simple questions concerning my records , she has a attitude from hell. I suggest you think before you schedule appt. The Dr . I saw was fine , but he was more interested in me having Colonoscopy after all the tests. Never got a clear picture of my follow up told me call back in 3 to 4 weeks. Very uncaring of my situation. No answers , oh by the way, done all he said. still have a problem but I can say he dropped the ball on follow up !!!!

I am editing this as I just spoke with someone else in this office who has apologized for the way I was treated and has scheduled me an appointment to come in and seemed to care about me as a patient.... She also let me know that Ciera is not the nurse practitioner there, she is just a nurse. I will not change my view on Ciera however I will not let my rating be for this office be changed by one individual as Dr. S office has usually treated me with nothing but kindness... They have the poorest patient care to offer now that they have moved offices, With the nurse practitioner he use to have I felt like they really cared about my well being and now since they have moved and Ciera is his new practitioner they could care less if I am in pain or unable to eat due to a flare up...
