Liars! No customer service. The day before the appointment they told my girlfriend that the appointment was cancelled because she didn't answer the phone before 12pm (she was working and she's not allowed to have the phone with her) she called at 12:07pm and they had already cancelled it because she didn't answer. I called them to ask for the reason of cancellation and to see if they could help us in anyway to get our original appointment and she didn't want to listen, she was rude and just told me that the doctor is not available and that the appointment is cancelled because of that. So we received two different versions of why the appointment was cancelled by the same secretary, if you are gonna lie, lie better 😑 Really don't waste your money or time with this business, they are the wors

I've been going to the dentist here in Binghamton for a long time and I've never had a bad experience with the Ladies at the desk or my dentist. He does an amazing job doing my teeth. Thumbs up 👆.

A lot of the posts are right they are rud and change appointments with out you knowing don't like them at all

They have no people skills. 45 minutes to pull a tooth. I guess it was to difficult of a job. I feel so sorry for anyone that has no choice. I get the feeling that's why they treat people the way they do

I went here and will never ever go back. Pulling my tooth was straight out of medieval time torture chamber. I’m giving a big fat goose egg 0 stars
