Wilson Dental Binghamton

The staff at the front desk is great. The staff that takes you to get X-rays and seats you are okay, they are friendly but not very talkative. They could use some customer service skills. I went for some teeth extractions, I was told one thing by the staff and turned around and told me something completely different. It was very confusing, I will not be returning to Wilson Dental. The staff and dentist did not explain the process to me, no "bedside manners" so to speak. I feel this could be improved. I sat in my chair waiting for about an hour before the dentist came to do my procedure. I was not told of any delays or anything, which would have been the right thing to do. Something needs to be done about the binghamton location. I was scheduled for a root canal today at 3:30. It was scheduled months ago with by dentist Dr. Aizi. I am currently 38 weeks pregnant. I have been having work done with no issues as my obgyn sent in a release papers. When I arrive I'm told by receptionist with the short curly blond hair the Dr working on me will be running about an hour or an hour and half late. I say thats fine take a seat. After waiting until about 4:40 (the location closes at 5) the same receptionist calls me up and says the doctor isn't comfortable doing my root canal because I'm pregnant and that they didn't know I was pregnant. They absolutely did know. I said they should have told me this when I got here or when I verbally confirmed my appointment on the pho

Go anywhere but here . I understand its affordable through insurance but it's worth making payments over time at another establishment . Your health matters. And this place is awful. The receptionist turned me away because I was "late", mind you I was in line for 40 mins before being told this and that was the reason I was late. Their negligence is intentional so you'll need them again, because you're poor and they know that. Best advice is to not bother with this place . Waste of time and resources ($$) and you're at risk of negligence . I've seen/heard too many horror stories about this place

Had a tooth that was missed when another dentist did my teeth..I have extreme anxiety and I told the young man who set me up..he was awesome and explained step by step what was happening the dentist pulled the tooth I was in and out in less than an hour..maybe because it was Sunday and they do limited procedures it was quiet. I followed their instructions and a week later my mouth is almost completely healed . Wish I could remember that young man’s name he deserves a raise!!

Would not treat me because of anxiety when all I wanted was to make them aware of my anxiety and to be patient with me because of a past traumatic experience. The environment was over stimulating and as I sat in the waiting room, overheard staff joking about child abuse, CPS and how they aren't allowed to call eachother "bro" at work and on my way out heard them speaking about how they didn't want to "deal with that headache anyways". Don't worry you won't ever have to see me again. I wouldn't want to be treated by them anyways because im sure they will be talking badly about me out loud in front of all of the other patients when I leave. I've been a patient here all my life and had wonderful experiences and a lot of work done over the years but I will never be back after this. they were v
