I have been receiving outpatient therapy at Wilmington Nursing and Rehabilitation for the past 2 months. Jason, my therapist, has been incredible and honestly has been life changing for me. Prior to receiving therapy I was experiencing considerable pain when walking, which is horrible because I am very active. I’m very happy the pain has been greatly alleviated. Small facility with a caring staff. The first thing you will notice upon walking in, is how clean it is! The environmental team does an absolutely fantastic job! Smells great and you can tell things are being disinfected. I am very pleased and would 100% recommend.

Building is very clean and always smells good. The residents look happy and you see many of them socializing and doing activities. The staff are friendly and helpful. Wilmington Nursing and Rehab is the best facility in the area in my opinion!!!
