Wonderful greeting, excellent patient care. I always recommend anyone to them for professional and great care. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Both locations, I have always had great experiences. They explain everything before anything is done. They make sure I understand. They follow up with phone calls. That's the way to care for patients.

I brought my son and myself in when I got off work unfortunately it was about 30 minutes to close but we are really sick and needed to be seen. The nurse practitioner, I wish I could remember her name, was amazing! She was so kind to us and stayed late to get the results from the x rays they took and swabs. We were able to get medicine that night and a prescription for the next day. I am so thankful for the women there staying late to help us, being kind even though we came so late, and being thorough and giving the right diagnosis so we can start feeling better. 10/10 amazing care and service from them!

Im a pilot passing through on the road for a month. Needed to get medical assistance and was told to go to a family provider by the doctor. Was not asked if I was in pain or what exactly was going on just showed the exit and given rude demeanor from doctor. Nurses and other staff get a 5 star rating.

Loved it here when Carrie was at the site. Since she left, it’s been awful. And the dark haired NP is so beyond rude that I am appalled she can ever be in clinical care with patients. After my 3rd poor experience with this woman, I never went back. I hope she is either mandated to go to classes on patient care or retrained because she is one of the rudest practitioners I and my child have ever experienced. My son is now terrified to go back there because of how rude she was.

Not sure of the woman's name but, she's shorter with dark hair and glasses. I brought my two sons in to be seen due to Illness and right off the bat she was very rude! Raised her voice at us because we went the wrong direction for the room, and then once we were in the exam room and she was examining my son she demanded him to move his hair and when he didn't move it right she very roughly swiped it off his face. This isn't the first bad experience we've had with her. She should not be working around anyone with that bad of an attitude!
