had an outstanding experience at Wilmington Health, thanks to Sandra DiNapoli at the front desk! When I asked about the cost of an X-ray and my insurance company was unhelpful, Sandra stepped in, despite their endless crazy questions. She spent over an hour ensuring everything was resolved. Her kindness and dedication made my visit truly exceptional. Highly recommend! She deserves a raise !!

This is the sorriest “urgent” care I have ever been to! They do not care to take their time with a patient (they barely have patients come in) and for them to take so long to sit and chat! I am extremely furious. I asked for a note, was forgotten about in the room, and when I went up there to see why it was taking so long… THEY WERE SITTING, GIGGLING, AND CHATTING! 30-40 minutes for a note is absolutely ridiculous. Jodie Hall was extremely disrespectful, didn’t even hand over the note to us. She had a whole other doctor do it! I was told that I have a a virus and could take up to 10-14 days to recover. I got the doctor’s note, and you’ll never believe what it said…. “Excuse the patient for two days from work!” TWO DAYS! “What if I’m not better by then” “you can call your PCP”. IM SORRY, WH

Wait was expectable. Medical care was professional and thorough. All of the healthcare professionals and support staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for such a positive experience when I was not felling well. Keep up the great job! Marie S

Whoever answers the phone needs a serious customer service training or a new career. I called to find out when lab results would be done due to the holiday. She gave me 3 different answers in one sentence. When I asked which one it actually was she said its not her job to know and hung up instead of transferring me to someone who could actually get me an answer. I understand its just a job to her but these test results can be life changing for some people and it can be extremely nerve wracking waiting for them. Having someone be rude unhelpful and then hang up does not help the process at all. This is a horrendous healthcare system.
