Friendly, as quick as is possible with the needs of the day, and competent. My husband and I were diagnosed and prescribed. We were feeling much better after one day and are now back to normal. I highly recommend this service.

I have been twice in one week. Was seen yesterday for the second time. The first “doctor” and second one told me two separate things to do to do that contradicted each other. I explained very clearly the infection was moving from my sinuses to my lungs. I have seen this in the past happen to me and needed an antibiotic before it worsened. Either preventing bronchitis or pneumonia. I said this is not viral it is bacterial. On top of that we have a winter storm coming and now I’m trapped, my fever is through the roof, all conditions have worsened. I have two kids and I’m a single parent. Being a “doctor” doesn’t mean you hold power over people. You’re simple the small step between the sick and our meds! Why should it be that every “doctor” in the building has to be wrong, for me to be right?

My visit was brief, not much of a wait at all for a walk-in. It provided comforts for my concerns and answers for my questions. The staff’s mannerisms were a very nice mix of calmness, professionalism, and friendliness.

I came in as a walk in patient. I had a 20 minute wait and was immediately seen by a nurse and P.A. My symptoms were diagnosed, and they referred me immediately to an ER because of the severity of illness. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.

After about an hour and a half wait I was able to be evaluated. Initial assessment, NP evaluation, and xrays soon followed. I received good advice and treatment. It was a good experience.
