Micaela was the best PA I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Very polite, listening, knowledgeable and gentle with endoscope that’s up the nose and to the vocal cords. She replayed the video of what she saw and pointed out where all the issues were. Micaela was able to show and explained the issues very well (backing up my words I have told many doctors in the past that never thoroughly inspected me and gave me a nasal spray as a generic hope to fix the issue) as to why these things happen and gave me serious information and a well written sheet on how to help the situation with the types of food to eat, when to eat and what to avoid. with a She prescribed a well explained treatment and what the medication should do so I can be more aware of what to look for and use that at the

Staff were prompt, efficient, well trained and courteous. The doctor’s diagnosis was simple and and he developed a medical plan for me to follow. I am confident that it will help me regain my hearing in my left ear. I recommend them highly.

My visit was for the removal of nasal polyps. I was well briefed on the procedure and what to expect. The procedure went very smoothly. An occasional additional dose of local anesthesia was needed when a spot got "touchy". Better education and preparation in setting post-procedure expectations would have been helpful. In my naiveness, based on my conversations with the staff, I was expecting an in/out procedure; I was told I could drive myself home. Thankfully my wife had accompanied me, as driving would have been difficult as I was dealing with the after-effects of the procedure..

Dr Sarah is the greatest….she explains each step of what she’s doing and I need that. Her office manner, pre and post op explanations are great too. The office staff is more than helpful and seem to really know what is going on with each patient. “Ping” who schedules the surgeries is great and also explains exactly what she’s doing.
