For the TECHS- There are a lot of reasons WHY patients don’t have insurance. Make them feel comfortable and explain other options. It is embarrassing not to have it in the first place. When they can finally afford it..don’t make a rude comment like .. finally bc you didn’t have it for a long time..Secondly you will get different doctors .. some are very attentive.. some are very quick to answer and rush you . Some doctors need to trim their nails because when they press down to do laser it .. I had a person who asked me questions and did a quick letter eye exam..he was rude just seemed like he was bored. Not friendly.. I’m not sure how he got hired.. What I find odd is that all of them stand in the middle of the hallway. It’s not like every time I go but it’s frequently..Don’t they have

I've been dealing with them for a year now. The doctors really seem to know their stuff. But everything else is terrible. Wait times are ridiculous. An appointment can easily take three to four hours. Using the online system for a medication refill leads to nothing (2 weeks and no response). and while people try to be nice they're failing at actually getting anything done.

Friendly professional staff; however, the wait time even with an appointment is out of whack. Waited 2 1/2 hours when I finally saw an ophthalmologist. No respect for the patient's time. They must overbook appointments on a regular basis. Definitely looking into a facility closer to home.

The staff is nice however, the waiting is always ridiculously long. 9:45am approximately and I am still waiting to see the doctor 3 hours later

Doctors provide great patient care but the customer service is horrendous! You will wait 2-3 hours with no one explaining anything or even apologizing for the long wait! If you have a choice of another location or doctors office, it may be in your best interest!
