Wills Eye Consultation Center

I left this eye doctor’s office feeling incredibly disappointed. The African American woman with glasses at the reception desk was one of the most unwelcoming people I’ve ever encountered. I watched several elderly patients, some clearly confused or needing assistance get treated with rude, dismissive attitudes. Instead of offering patience or basic courtesy, this woman rushed them, spoke curtly, and acted as though their questions were an inconvenience. It was uncomfortable to witness, and it made me question how she treats anyone who needs a little extra help or compassion. Professionalism and kindness should be the bare minimum in a medical setting, especially one serving older adults. Unfortunately, she fell far short. The staff in the medical rooms were very nice and considerate.

The ladies at the reception desk are extremely rude, especially Bobbie. Allison the manager see like she just didn’t care to provide the best service. These people need training. Customer service training is definitely needed especially dealing with the disabled and elderly. It’s almost border line abuse and neglect. Please be careful taking your elderly or disabled family here. They will not receive the best treatment. They won’t even receive just okay treatment. The worst place ever.

They don’t answer their phone , than voice machine says leave a message but voice box is full ……… then put on very annoying buzzing sound … so unprofessional.. disappointing

As a patient of Dr.Kuriyan I have had no problems, however trying to get in touch with the doctor to inform him that I have a “change” that he needs to know about is giving me fits. The contact number for your office DOES NOT WORK. I have no other way to contact you.

Friendly staff. Doc is well known and respected. My eye is healing nicely.
