At the age of 60 I was looking for someone who could help me get stronger and more flexible. I found Will to be an excellent trainer, massage and stretching practitioner. He is very knowledgeable in all three areas and has helped me feel so much better. Unlike most trainers Will can create customized workouts and will help manage your progress by tweaking workouts and your diet. His knowledge of the human body has helped me with lower back pain, mobility and flexibility. I feel much stronger and more flexible after working with Will. I recently started to travel for work and he has created workouts for me to do from my hotel so that I can continue to make progress. He is very professional and has become a good friend. If you are serious about improving your health he is your guy.

Will not only is a great trainer but he has helped my back and neck issues with excerises that decreased the pain in those areas. He truly understands a client and what is best for their body type and any given underlying medical issues. Although it has taken some time to gain strength, my constant nerve pain has significantly reduced over eight months and well as finish a complete workout without stopping due to pain. For anyone who sits behind a desk for many hours each day and has chronic pain but wants to workout, I highly recommend going to Will.
