Willow Terrace

Through my previous job and having multiple family members in nursing and rehabilitation facilities over the years, I am very familiar with the level of care, professionalism, and attention that is required in these settings. The staff has been wonderful in caring for my brother, and I truly feel that he is in great hands. The professionalism throughout the facility has been excellent, and the staff is friendly, respectful, and attentive. Ms. Allison from the business office took the time to speak with us and was extremely helpful with my brother’s paperwork. The unit manager, Ms.Dshona, has been amazing and very supportive. My brother’s CNA, Ms.Keishana, has been absolutely wonderful—caring, attentive, and truly dedicated. Mr. Craig from Physical Therapy has also been a tremendous help.

very clean place, very professional staff.i was given a tour by Aleesha. She was very informative and pleasant.I love each floor is only accessible by secured pin. The residents were up , clean , fed and ready to get their day started. The place smelled great. The food even smelled like it was delicious. If I could give it 10stars I would!!!

I really enjoyed my time here at willow terrace , I honestly do not want to leave but if I ever needed to come back for short term rehab I would definitely come back to willow! Special show out to Jason and Mariam with the physical therapy team they really work you out and help make sure that you make progress. Aleesha from admissions has been amazing and has been here for me throughout the duration of my stay and made sure all needs were met , Najee from activies is an amazing person and works well and keep us as residents entertained with different activities. The facility has just been renovated with brand new rooms for residents, very clean and well kept up with. The clinical team is amazing and takes very good care of you cna Christian has been an amazing help. Would recommend

Everything is alright the only thing I would say is when visiting family members security staff might ask you not to stay in the lobby for too long or not to speak to employees which I thought was not polite as a football coach myself , the cna gets frustrated if I visit for too long in my mothers room. As far as her care it’s good from what I’ve seen I would suggest just keeping immediate family more updated as far as changes in her care.

The facility is very clean , the nurses here are wonderful shout out to the unit manager Ms Dshona for working hard and helping a lot no matter what it is. There’s nothing bad to say about this place cna Angie and Sheila are wonderful all of the staff are beautiful. Shout out to Najae a wonderful nurses who helped take care of me. Would recommend to family and friends , anyone that needs rehabilitation should consider willow terrace. I would come back myself if I needed to I am very shocked with the great quality of care. I left another facility to come here and glad I made this decision. Even the activities team is such a great help even with assisting me to transport me outside and helping me with my wheelchair just absolutely wonderful of a place.
