I had very good results from the treatments Cheyenne did on my neck and upper back. She contacted me regarding her new location and expressed that she was looking forward to reconnecting with me. However, Cheyenne has not replied to the numerous text and voicemail messages I have left for her. Thus the low score. Responding to clients and following through with scheduling appointments are key components of being a reliable therapist.
