Dr.Trachtenberg was exceptional, I arrived around 9:45 for my10 :00 appointment. The receptionist was fast and efficient, i was seated in the office and a minute later, my x-rays were done. The doctor came in about five minutes later asked me questions about my mouth and my teeth and I explain what was going on. He took the time to answer each question thoroughly. What made me impressed by his work is when he said he would check for oral Cancer I’ve never had a dentist do that. He then clean my teeth I asked him about getting braces for my teeth. He then thoroughly again went through the process of how it’s done. I was grateful because I did not know that this is how it was done and he also said he knew a good orthodontist that I could work with my teeth. I would highly recommend Dr. Trach

I have been seeing this dentist for more than 22 yrs. The reason I kept seeing him. My experience, no pain, no infection, no broken tooth left in area, he's been very gentle, he listens. Actually I never had a bad experience. He has been my only dentist. I hope he stays around for a very long time ⌛️

I have went to many dental offices. When tell you Willoughby dental has been in he best this far. The dentist was VERY patience. He took his time and cater to my need. He gave me great advice which has led me to take better care of my mouth. This was the best service I have experienced

I had a very good experience at Willoughby Dental. The staff was polite, the office was clean, and the dentist took his time to look at my concerns. He explained things clearly, didn’t rush me, and made sure I understood what was going on. I appreciated that he was honest and recommended I see an oral surgeon for a deeper evaluation instead of guessing. Thank you for being professional and helpful.

Went here about probably 3 or 4 times each time he says next time we’ll do fillings and then does not one filling. It was frustrating because I do need a few. Last time I came with a cracked tooth he did nothing. I thought dentist had a sense of care and urgency when it came to things like that… I gave too many chances and the benefit of the doubt & made another appointment but I will not be going back I feel he is just milking my insurance at this point such a disappointing and unfortunate experience because he did appear to be such a nice guy as well as the staff. Btw Throughout my time there all he did was spend probably 5 or 10 mins on my teeth maybe less doing some spacing between my teeth which made no sense to me & cleanings on two separate occasions which I did not understand becau
