From the first phone call to become a new patient, through the x-rays, cleaning, conversation about work to be done and check-out, along with all my dental anxiety the entire staff works with you and with a smile. They squeezed me in to get things done before my insurance ran out in record time. I had the best experience today getting a filing, I am very happy. Totally grateful to this wonderful team.

Avoid this practice at all costs. Most especially if you are in search of a practice to provide routine, basic dental care. Have been patients here for about 20 years with a few recent ownership changes, through the most recent owners who seem determined to try to bring in new patients wanting the more expensive, “vanity” procedures with no regard for the longstanding ones who have relied on them for dental care. They have no interest in practicing routine dental care; they are only interested in high-priced procedures. You can’t turn on the TV for the past year without another commercial for their idiotic motto, “a smile that rocks”. I have been a patient for almost 30 years, before it was called Bristol Dental. I have nothing but rave reviews when it was under Comprehensive Dental with Dr. St Amand. For almost 2 years. I have had my appointments cancelled with statements saying that I would be contacted once something opened up. I was on a three month schedule so this is a lot of cancellations.

I'd like to provide a summary of what's going on here. I've seen most of the dentists here and they are all incredible, 10/10. They provide excellent care and advice. Unfortunately the staffing shortage has been handled extremely poorly to the detriment of existing patients teeth. Appointments are cancelled with little notice and no quantifiable information is given of how far behind they are. It seems they lost more than 50% of the hygenists in 1 year? I am 4 months past my usual cleaning date already, waiting 10 months so far. They are not answering calls or returning messages and there is no indication of a range of estimated wait times or if I will be allowed back at all. Bristol Park Dental, more specifically the Williston location, was incredible up until last year. Since then, it’s taken a huge downward turn. The dentists that remain at this location are still very good, providing exceptional dental care and plans of action to address issues that are well thought out. Then comes the staff. This is where the nightmare lies. I’ve was set for dental care back in April of 2024, just requiring approval from my insurance. It’s now November of 2025 and this is still an outstanding issue, despite calling on more than eight separate occasions over this period. They don’t call back..: ever.
