Amazing experience! The front desk and clinical staff were all above and beyond friendly, kind, and clear about treatment next steps. I booked a Friday 515pm appointment less than 30 minutes before and only had to wait a few minutes to be seen. Best urgent care experience I’ve had in a long time!!

Everyone was very nice, professional and just awesome. I arrived early, they had an opening and ushered me right in. The course of action we agreed to had me on the road to respitory recovery in a matter of hours after a nasty bug. Really appreciate the level of service on a Saturday and the kindness exhibited by all staff members! Thank you!

The nurse was SUPER NICE and kind, but the practitioner who saw me did not seem to know what to do for my (mild) dog bite and was not clear in his directions. I called ahead and asked if they would be able to handle a dog bite, and the receptionist said yes. Upon talking to the nurse and doctor, they let me know that I would need to go elsewhere for rabies vaccinations since I couldn't be sure the dog was vaccinated. I wish the receptionist had told me to go elsewhere so I could have been examined and given the shot at the same time.

. The receptionist was great, efficient and helpful. The medical assistant was quick and kind. My appointment was scheduled on line for 8:15. They had emergencies that needed a transfer to the ER so I waited an hour. (Which is completely reasonable). The provider Abby Brown was knowledgeable, compassionate and complete which was very appreciated. I would ask for her again in a heartbeat. Excellent.

Everyone was very kind, but Elise was absolutely amazing. Seriously the most compassionate, informative, and respectful interaction I have maybe ever had with a doctor. Thank you for everything. An unexpectedly great urgent care experience.
